AIMWorX®

AIMWorX® is a patented communication management software suite designed to help control costs, track assets, enhance efficiency, and promote safety and security.

The core applications, plus more than 18 optional applications, allow AIMWorX to attain these goals.

The objectives to be met are defined by the user on the basis of which modules / applications are purchased. AIMWorX is a scalable suite of applications that places the power of choice in the hands of the user. Additions or expansions of modules are easy.

AIMWorX is scalable in terms of the number of users it can manage. AIMWorX ranges in size from 250 to 125,000 users and is available in a "Standalone" or a "Client/Server" configuration.

With its unique approach of associating information in a user centric fashion, its unified presentation of that information and its real-time control and synchronization, managing a communications system or network has never been easier.

Its unified presentation presents information that pertains to each user in the system in a tabular format. This makes it very easy to find the information you need and to efficiently manage that information.

AIMWorX manages phones on the NEAX® 2400 family of PBXs and on the NEAX 2000 family of PBXs. It can program key data, class of service, name display and more.

Bill for one-time charges or recurring charges. Create, change and assign these charges from the same unified presentation on a user centric basis.

Unified presentation doesn't stop with users. Even within the sophisticated Traffic Analysis module an entire communications network is presented as a whole. Routes and Trunks automatically populate the traffic view when PBX synchronization is done.

Help is never far away. All documentation is accessible from within the AIMWorX application with dynamic searching tools, and "context-sensitive" help is always at hand.

Instead of managing separate systems with different interfaces, platforms, and databases, AIMWorX lets you manage divergent technologies with one application suite.
